Box co-founder and lead artist James “The Lion of Miami” is a six time global award winning artist in art design, and art direction. ​

James draws inspiration from the Korean art style Manhwa and Western graffiti, all while allowing the contours of the deck dictate each stroke. This unique style is what gives Box Skate Lab its unmistakable look.
